Post and other details:

  1.   General Manager-HR:

   Age :                   40-50 Years (as on 01.01.2017)
   Qualification :      Post-Graduate Degree /Diploma in industrial Relations/Human
                              Resources / Organizational Development.
   Experience :        At least 15 years of post-qualification work experience in the
                              field of Organizational Development, Human Resource
                              Development and Industrial Relations.

  2.  Chief Digital Officer:

   Age :                   35-48 Years (as on 01.01.2017)
   Qualification :      BE/B-Tech In Computer Science and Engineering/Information 
                              Science and Engineering / Electronics and Communication 
                              Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with 
                              minimum 60% & above marks.
                              OR
                              B.Sc. and MCA from a recognized University/Institute. MCAs 
                              should have done a course in computer organization and          
                              Design/Architecture.
                              OR
                              Graduate and MBA/PGDBM with Marketing & Finance                          
   Experience :        7 year’s Experience of planning and executing digital analytics
                              activities in the financial / insurance sector with a strong
                              customer base & a well defined and implemented digital
                              analytics functions

3       3. AGM (Economist):

    Age:                   45-50 Years (as on 01.01.2017)
    Qualification :     Post Graduation in Economics with monetary / financial
                              economics / statistics/ econometrics as subjects, and relevant
                              Published work / research papers will be an added advantage.
    Experience :       Minimum 10 Years in a commercial bank/ Financial institution/
                              Rating Agency/ Business Analytics, 5 Years in a Senior 
                              Management Grade reporting directly to the top Management.

        4. AGM (Company Secretary):

    Age :                  35-50 Years (as on 01.01.2017)
    Qualification :     Minimum Graduation And Membership of Institute of
                              Companies secretaries of India.
    Experience :       At least 08 years in handling Regulatory and compliance
                              requirements of SEBI, NSE and BSE of an entity listed in NSE or
                              BSE of which at least 05 years should be as company secretary.
