Age and Educational Qualifications:
1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose):
Age : Minimum 18 years, Maximum 28 years (Born Earlier than 02.07.1989)
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from recognized University or its equivalent.
* Working knowledge of Computer.
* Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs.
2. Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager):
Age : Minimum 21 years Maximum 33 years (Born Earlier than 03.07.1985)
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from recognized University or its equivalent.
* Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Infomation Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.
* Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs and working knowledge of Computer.
3. Officer Scale-II (Manager) :
Age : Minimum 21 years Maximum 33 years (Born Earlier than 03.07.1985)
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
* Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Infomation Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.
Experience : 2-years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
4. Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager) :
Age : Minimum 21 years Maximum 33 years (Born Earlier than 03.07.1985)
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree from recognized University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
Experience : One year (in the relevant field).
OR
Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants in india
Experience : One year as A Chartered Accountant.
5. Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) :
Age : Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years (Born Earlier than 03.07.1977)
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
* Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree / Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agriculture Marketing and Co-operation, Infomation Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.
Experience : Minimum 5-years experience as a Bank or Financial Institutions.
