   CA Fresher's required for capital market division (Placement and Origination)

Placement:

 Primarily responsible for placement of bonds through building and managing relationship with portfolio of investors Managing transaction for each sell down. Support for effective and efficient business operations of desk.

Supporting  Head-Bond Syndication in planning & execution for business development of bonds.

Originaton:

*  Generation of business for bond desk:

*  Manage a part of the balance sheet of the desk monitoring or administering asset Portfolio & relationships,

*  Transaction execution with support from AMs or Managers and Strategy for Business
Development, leading Negotiations with clients, guide transaction managers to prepare investment proposals, due diligence, obtaining internal approvals end to end deal closure and asset monitoring.
